Mechanism of Action :
Levocetirizine: Blocks H1 histamine receptors → reduces sneezing, itching, runny nose.
Montelukast: Blocks leukotriene receptors → reduces airway and nasal inflammation. Together they provide broader allergy relief

Used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions, including :
