Primary Uses
Treatment of malaria: It is used to treat both Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum malaria.
Severe malaria: It is often used as a first-line treatment for severe malaria, sometimes in combination with other medicines.
Arteemax 100 Tablet is an antiparasitic medication. It is used in the treatment of malaria. It is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe malaria (where it has affected the brain, lungs or kidneys).
Arteemax 100 Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take it with food, preferably at a fixed time. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Simply take the next dose as planned.
