Fosirol Powder (containing Fosfomycin) is an antibiotic primarily used to treat and prevent acute, uncomplicated bacterial infections of the urinary tract (UTIs), such as cystitis, by killing bacteria. How It Works :
Fosfomycin disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis and reduces bacterial attachment in the bladder, killing the bacteria and helping cure the infection
It is generally recommended to take the powder on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after a meal, preferably before bedtime after emptying the bladder.
Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in a glass of water and drink immediately.
