Primary Uses
Minocycline is a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic that works by stopping the growth and spread of bacteria. It is prescribed to treat infections in various parts of the body, including:

Minocycline 100 mg tablets are an antibiotic primarily used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections throughout the body and to manage severe acne and rosacea.
Eye infections.
Other infections: This can include Rickettsial infections (like Rocky Mountain spotted fever or typhus fever, often spread by ticks or mites), plague, cholera, and anthrax.
